Enrollment and Access

When a student enrolls, access to the online course is provided through the MyDrivePermit.com account created during registration. Students should log in using the email address or username used during registration and begin the course from the Learner’s Dashboard.

Students and parents or legal guardians should review the student’s personal information, including full legal name and date of birth, before beginning the course. Accurate information is important because it may be used for official state records and certificate processing.

The course includes a 6 month access period from the date of enrollment. Students must complete all required instruction and assessments within that access period.

Parent or legal guardian acknowledgment: For Texas Teen Driver Education, the enrollment contract is accepted by the parent or legal guardian during checkout on behalf of the teen student.

Tuition and Fees

The enrollment contract reflects only the tuition and fees paid directly to Learn and Permits, LLC for the Texas Teen Driver Education course.

Optional add ons, study guides, expedited services, shipping charges, or third party fees are not included as part of the course tuition stated in the enrollment contract.

Course Completion Requirements

To complete the course, the student must:

• complete all required online instruction
• meet all course timing requirements
• complete all required assessments and examinations
• successfully meet the course completion standards

Course certificates are issued only after required milestones or completion requirements have been met under the course rules and applicable Texas requirements.

Student Conduct and Integrity

Students are expected to complete their own work honestly and follow all course rules. Learn and Permits, LLC may deny course completion, suspend access, or take other appropriate action in cases involving:

• cheating
• identity misrepresentation
• abusive behavior
• misuse of the course platform

Cancellation and Refunds

A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 72 hours of enrollment and no material portion of the course has been completed.

After that period, refunds, if any, are based on the portion of instruction not yet provided, consistent with applicable rules and policies. No refund is available after the course has been completed.

If the provider discontinues the course, any refund due will be handled according to applicable law and provider policy.

Electronic Acceptance: During checkout, the parent or legal guardian is asked to confirm that they have read and agree to the enrollment contract, Terms and Conditions, and electronic signature consent. By completing checkout and checking the required box, the parent or legal guardian electronically acknowledges and accepts those terms on behalf of the teen student.
