This self-paced 6-hour online Adult Driver Education (ADE) course is designed for first-time Texas driver license applicants ages 18 to 24.
Certificate requirements: Students must complete all required instruction and pass the final examination before an ADEE-1317 Certificate of Completion may be issued.
After you pass: Eligible students must also complete the Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD) program before taking the DPS driving skills test.
